In the heart of "Vieux Bordeaux"

A short walk from the big clock tower, our restaurant is ideally located between the courtyards of Alsace-Lorraine and Victor Hugo.
There are three car parks to choose from: Victor Hugo, Camille Jullian and Les Saliniaires.

The soul of the old town enjoys a particular light in this refined décor where the spirt of Bordeaux countryside lives on.

2 dining rooms, a patio and a shady garden welcome you according to the season.

• A contemporary dining room with many mirrors.
• The second dining room, called the "Petit salon" with its original idea "Vineyard wall". This wall is under glass and presents samples of earth from all the main Bordeaux vineyards: Château La Dominique, Château la Louvière, Château la Lagune…

In these original and refined surroundings, Nicole and Michel Bordage reinvent the art of reception every day.

Traditional, local dishes - improved upon

Generous, special and finely prepared, our cuisine is far-removed from any heavy dishes.
It is pared down to respect the flavour of each ingredient. The cuisine of Old Bordeaux distills remarkable original recipes, in particularly:

• coddled eggs with Aquitaine caviar
• grilled sea bass, sweet pepper butter with ham
• duck tenderloin with pepper and foie gras
• pigeon en croûte with candied lemons
• clementine marble cake, pineapple Campari granita and much more…

Our wine menu has 200 references including a wide range of regional labels.

Even the prices will leave a pleasant taste

• à la carte menu and 3 set menus at €30, €40 and €52
• set menus and also a daily lunch time menu "Regional light lunches" at €20 (including a glass of wine and a coffee), a wonderful chance to journey through the culinary landscape of the French regions: a day in Alsace, another in Brittany and then heading for Provence.

A meeting room for 15 people, in a vaulted cellar, is reserved for your seminars and other reunions.
